Wiz Khalifa's "Rolling Papers" Released

Wiz Khalifa;s much anticipated major label debut "Rolling Papers" was released on March 29.  Pittsburgh native and Taylor Allderdice grad Cameron Thomaz exploded on the national scene this fall with his # 1 hit single "Black and Yellow."  He has also been collaborating with Snoop Dogg and a straight to DVD movie, "High School" staring the two, will start filming in May.  New single "No Sleep" has just reached # 1 on iTunes. 

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette just interviewed Wiz about his new album.http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/11088/1135411-388.stm.  He was also recently on the cover of the March issue of Rolling Stone Magazine.  Here's to Wiz, someone I have been following since my brother taught him in high school.  Any new Wiz Khalifa fan should check out his first couple albums, "Show and Prove" and "Prince of the City:  Welcome to Pistolvania."
